Unique functions considering safety |
Electro-mechanical lid lock system | Dual interlock mechanism
A lid is locked not by a handle but by a slide lever that can be operated
lightly. So, opening / closing of a lid is easy and reliable. In addition,
the pressure seal method consisting of an internal pressure type lid gasket
and several lock pins which insert from the lid circumference surface is
employed for safety. |
The dual interlock mechanism
which can lock a lid by detecting both chamber pressure and chamber temperature
during sterilization is installed. A lock state is maintained even when a cycle
is interrupted by power failure or manual stop operation. |
|

Lid lock release temperature setup
The lid lock release temperature can be set up for each mode and
program. Safety and convenience at the time of unloading is improved. |
Functions to support secure sterilization |
Dual sensing of residual air | Exhaust level is selectable |
The residual air which may cause sterilization failure is dually
detected to always maintain the sterilization conditions that are appropriate
for loads. ¦Air removal is performed not only by gravity displacement but also by over-pressure exhaust, and the residual air is detected dually. |
The automatic fine exhaust can be
performed by setting the exhaust amount in advance. |
Forced cooling device (option)
After sterilization, the chamber pressure is lowered by using the forced
cooling device (air cooling). It is possible to shorten time to unloading after sterilization. |
Functions to improve usability |
Air removal time setup | Programmable auto-start function |
The air removal time that is effective for sterilization of such objects as Durham tubes can be set up. | The programmable auto-start function that starts anoperation at the set time is provided. |
HV-25‡U/25‡ULB, HV-50‡U/50‡ULB: Any time between 3-9 minutes HV-85‡U/85‡ULB, HV-110‡U/110‡ULB: Any time between 6-18 minutes |
Boiling point setup |
You can change the boiling point setup when using equipment at a place
which exceeds 800 meters above sea level. (Excluding HV-25‡U and HV-25‡ULB) |
|
Memory function | |
A program which is set for each application can be registered up to 8 patterns. |
